So we finally reached and we headed to Macs
I think the Macs is kinda nice.
Then we headed to the venue
There weren't much people there so we just stood ard

The closing ceremony was GREAT. (:
Woke up early and met Rachel at City Hall
Headed towards Millenia.
When we reached, it was kinda crowded alr
Decided to walk ard since the music groups were performing
CANDY EMPIRE! (:
Just can't seem to get enough of it la. Heh.
Bought some candies.
Can't believe I spent almost 10 buckaroos on candy.
Can't stand it la, SWEET TOOTH. (:

Headed back to the stage
Was kinda crowded alr.
So we took our places somewhere near the front
The guzheng was kinda boring?

Don't really fancy them
Boring music. Heh.
Stood there for what seemed like forever
And then we were down to about 15 minutes
The teachers took over and we sang some school songs
The PL spirit was so strong you could feel it
All the PL lites were singing loudly

And as we kept singing and singing, we were down to like, 5 minutes
All of us were super excited la can.
We counted down the last 6 seconds and as cheer broke out
I almost cried I tell you
It was so touching
We made it, 90 hours of non-stop music
Cheered and cheered like MAD pls.
Sang our school song.
First time in ages since I last sang it. Haha.
And then the netball girls led us in the PL cheer. (:
It was kinda hard to stomp my feet with heels on. Heh.
But, WHOA, it was a blast.

Let me tell you how much fun I had.

The last time I blogged was on the 30th.
That was on a Friday.
So on Saturday, I went to Millenia after tuition.
Met Rene and Vincent at MPH before heading there.
When we reached, it was pretty empty la.
Just watched some class perform
If I can remember correctly, it was a sec3 class
And they were, sorry, DISASTROUS.
It was like their regular K-boxing sessions la.
Shouting and singing out-of-tune into the mic
Met Calista and Jackie too
Cos we were all there to watch Stacy peform
And then all of us couldn't take the horrendous singing so we left.
Headed to Koufu to have some food
The fish and chips there is actually quite nice
Headed back there after eating
Watched Stacy's class perform
They were super enthusiastic la pls.
Singing oh-so-loudly. (:
And when they ended, EVERYONE clapped super loudly
NOT BAD, STACY. (:

Just hung ard after that.
Walked here and there
Went home together

Sunday, nothing much
Service was at church and Kelly, as usual, pissed me off

Went for lunch (Thai Express!) after service
And then we headed home after walking ard PS
Had a nap.
My dad said it'll be better for me so when I wake up, I'd b e refreshed for my performance.
Got dressed and made up. Haha.
Fetched Rachel and headed to Millenia.
Saw some of the 4D2 group 2 girls there
And Pearlyn was like, so damn PRETTY. (:
Rene was there with vincent
Our group was kinda early, surprised they came so early
We tuned our guitars, but Priscilla wasn't there with hers
So I had to wait for her to come
And then we were told that our performance'll be pushed forward one hour
ALL of us panicked la.
But they tried to drag time so we still had our usual slot
Priscilla finally arrived with her guitar
And then we started to practice for our performance.
Soon we were left with only half an hour
KMC told us to get ready
Was feeling kinda nervous and stuff
When the 5A1 girls were done, we had to go up
And the guitarists were like at the center of everything la
Watched 4D2 group 2 perform first
FairLi's solo was great. (:
and after they performed, it was our turn!
Rachel had to pluck a few chords cos they were setting up the mics
and then we did our thang.
I was kinda tired la.
I mean, we had to stand for 1/2 an hour. Can just die!
It seems pretty long but it finally ended and we just rushed off
My fingers were hurting like MAD
And poor Leexuan had blisters alr. ):
MissHo said we sounded okay
And best, Stacy appeared AFTER we performed
She's the best la. HRMPH.
Parents said we did good, so did Rachel's bro.
So, i guess, we did well. (:
The singers had the initiative to move along with the music
So proud of them la. (:
